Another successful year is coming to an end. Traditionally, GridwiseTech supports a deserving cause at this special time. During our Christmas dinner, the entire GridwiseTech team makes a collective decision on the size and allocation of our annual charity budget.

To ensure the money is well spent, we tend to target benevolent initiatives personally recommended by people we know.

Between 18 and 20.11.2008 GridwiseTech will be an exhibitor at SC08 in Austin, Texas, which is USA’s leading event for High Performance Computing. Will you be there?

Our President Pawel Plaszczak and our CTO Tomasz Mikolajczyk will gladly meet you there. We are at booth 3113 of the exhibition floor.

GridwiseTech and Japan's Doi Electronics signed partnership agreement. It has been agreed that Doi Electronics will represent GridwiseTech in Japan and the two companies will pursue market opportunities together.

The two teams already share long and successful history of cooperation, including projects for Ricoh Company, the Japan's leading office automation manufacturer.

On May 28, 2008, we would like to invite all those interested to the SAS Technology Forum in Warsaw, where, together with our partner - Platform Computing, we will be having a presentation titled:

“SAS Grid Computing: The Power to Know... Faster”.

GridwiseTech have published the article by Pawel Plaszczak - "Strategic approach to IT scalability". Through the use of examples, it clearly illustrates what is scalability and why strategic problems will become more severe over time. The author also describes how the scalability problems can be approached in an organized fashion and provides examples as to how this strategy can be implemented by companies from various sectors.

Our successful work in the field of data processing optimization has resulted in gaining a new partner in our business net. As of January 2008, we are proud to announce that we have become a worldwide member of the Oracle Partner Network. Under this agreement we will enhance our knowledge about advanced database processing and clients will gain access to cutting edge solutions and services.
