Companies build distributed scalable architectures to integrate and optimize IT resources. Scalable systems are typically constructed from software and hardware building blocks. Work is required in the middleware layer to seamlessly interconnect the pieces. The scalability paradigm provides proven methods of integration of those multi-vendor components. It assures scalability and standards-based interoperability.

Besides short-term technical and management consulting, GridwiseTech is available for long-term development and integration contracts. Typically, we start with system requirements and analyze the legacy technology already in place. We next look at the missing pieces needed for a functional grid, and usually are able to propose open-source or commercial products that properly fill the gap in the architecture. What remains is customization and development of the "gluing" integration code. We prototype the system, deliver the production version, and support it in the long run. The customer is present at each stage of the project to indicate the direction and fully understand the technical solution.

General-purpose development

We also deliver general programming skills. We are able to fully outsource (offshore) software development projects. Especially when advanced skills and travel is not necessary, we can offer attractive pricing. Our development center in Krakow, Poland, the IT hub of Central and Eastern Europe provides experienced and educated engineers at reasonable cost. We serve customers wordlwide, mostly in Western Europe, Japan and the US. When local integration and communication is necessary, we usually work onsite with customers.
