"My adventure with GridwiseTech started with a traineeship which was obligatory at my studies. I sent an application to GridwiseTech, because the company itself as well as the technologies it dealt with from the very beginning seemed interesting and uncommon to me. For the period of traineeship, I was assigned a tutor who challenged me with new tasks. I completed them and achieved the objectives, and as a result, I was offered the possibility to continue our co-operation. It’s been over a year of my work at GridwiseTech and I do not regret that I once decided to apply here. Working at GridwiseTech means exploring new technologies, co-operating with people from various cultural backgrounds and from different continents. This also means being in a harmonious team that often meets after hours.

We particularly invite students of IT and economy-related specialisations. In case of traineeships, we do not require any professional experience, but rather academic knowledge, optimism and passionate approach to the responsibilities carried out.

Traineeships most often last for 4-6 weeks. A tutor is assigned to assist and supervise the trainee. The traineeship plan, its duration and scope of responsibilities are always settled individually with the tutor who represents the department at which the traineeship takes place. Working hours are arranged individually and in a flexible manner, so as to reconcile the traineeship to the continued studies.
