New tutorials by GridwiseTech - LCG-2 and gLite

GridwiseTech is introducing a new set of tutorials. We offer consulting, training and development services in LCG and gLite middleware to commercial partners. The program has been prepared in cooperation with the EGEE project. Our new comprehensive courses will cover all aspects of the LCG and gLite middleware.

The world’s largest grid infrastructure, maintained by the European EGEE project, is based on LCG-2 and gLite, i.e. grid middleware toolkits containing services such as workload management, data management, information system, etc. From a commercial viewpoint, they enable the integration of computational and storage resources in the company and offer a possibility of using external resources if needed. Also, they are a platform suitable for selling computational power.
