Integrate GigaSpaces with Platform LSF or Sun Grid Engine

What it means: Platform LSF and Sun Grid Engine (SGE) can be used to extend GigaSpaces with additional management capabilities. Both job schedulers are able to manipulate GigaSpaces instances, starting or stopping them as demand for processing power changes, thus removing the need for manual administration.

Individual workflows can also be supervised, with LSF and SGE launching applications that connect to the cache, monitoring their execution and performing pre-defined tasks upon completion. This allows distributing complex processing procedures onto multiple nodes, executed simultaneously or one by one in an event-driven fashion. Performance rises even further than from applying GigaSpaces alone.
