Pawel’s international software engineering experience includes work at CERN, British Telecommunications and Argonne National Laboratory. In 2003, Pawel founded GridwiseTech to lead pioneering work for the early adopters of scalable systems. Under Pawel's leadership the company has won the trust and respect of customers including Turner Broadcasting, Ricoh, and Philips, and led numerous research efforts for international consortia. Pawel is the author of numerous articles and tutorials, the book  "Grid Computing: The Savvy Manager's Guide", and a frequent speaker at professional  conferences and events.

 

Wolfgang is a Senior Strategist with GridwiseTech. He is also the dissemination advisor for DEISA, and a member of the Board of the Open Grid Forum. In 2004 – 2008, he was a member of the US President’s Council of Advisors for Science and Technology (PCAST), has directed the German D-Grid Initiative, and he was managing director of MCNC Grid Computing & Networking Services in North Carolina, supported in several projects by GridwiseTech. Before, Wolfgang was the senior director of grid computing at Sun Microsystems in California, with GridwiseTech as a Sun partner.

 

Tomasz is a senior software engineer with wide and deep knowledge in software development process and quality management. Tomasz oversees GridwiseTech projects for corporate customers, answering their needs for highly scalable, distributed architectures. Prior to joining GridwiseTech, Tomasz spent years in technologically demanding industries, working with high-performance verification, personally managing projects and designing solutions for corporations in Europe and Asia.

 

With a degree in Physics at the AGH University of Science and Technology and over a decade of commercial experience, Joanna has inside-out knowledge of administration and finance in the Information Technology industry context. Joanna is responsible for GridwiseTech’s financial operations, purchasing, facilities, and order management. She also co-authors company’s short and long-term development strategy. Joanna has been involved in the execution of key projects for commercial and public institutions.
